With years of technical accumulation and industry experience, Qingdao Nanchen has established a product system covering the entire casting process, including 9 core product lines. Each product line consists of multiple serialized products to meet the production needs of foundry enterprises of different scales.
1. Green Sand Processing Equipment
a. GS Series High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer: Adopts advanced rotor structure design, suitable for mixing various clay sand and sodium silicate sand.
b.Horizontal Flaskless Molding Line & 30T/h Sand Processing Line: Realizes automatic and continuous sand processing, with an hourly processing capacity of 30 tons and molding accuracy up to ±0.1mm, meeting the needs of mass casting production.
c. S86 Series Fluidized Bed Cooler: Adopts fluidized heat exchange technology, with sand temperature control accuracy of ±2℃, high cooling efficiency, and energy consumption reduced by 25% compared with traditional cooling equipment, effectively ensuring stable molding sand performance.
d. Double-Disc Mixing Cooler: Features double-disc symmetric layout design, with mixing and cooling processes carried out simultaneously. Cooling efficiency is significantly higher than that of single-disc equipment, suitable for rapid temperature reduction of high-moisture molding sand.
e. Clay Sand Series Cooling Drum: Uses spiral conveying method to simultaneously complete workpiece transportation, cooling and separation. The equipment is compatible with two operation modes: production line linkage or standalone operation, suitable for clay sand cleaning processes of large and medium-sized batch castings.
f. S11 Series Roller Sand Mixer: Designed for small and medium-sized foundry enterprises, with compact structure, easy operation, stable sand mixing quality and reasonable investment cost.
g. L25 Series Conveyor Vibrating Shakeout Machine: Integrates conveying and shakeout functions, with a shakeout rate of over 98%, reducing casting damage and improving production efficiency.
h. S43 Series Precision Hexagonal Screen: High screening accuracy and long screen service life, effectively removing impurities and large particles from molding sand to ensure sand cleanliness.

a. Flaskless Molding Machines & Production Lines
i. XG Series Horizontal Flaskless Automatic Molding Machine: Adopts horizontal parting and flaskless design, with high automation. No manual intervention is required in the molding process, significantly reducing labor costs.
b. Flask Molding Machines & Production Lines
i. ZD Series Multi-Contact Sand Shooting Molding Machine: Multi-contact design ensures uniform sand mold compaction and fast sand shooting speed, suitable for molding production of complex castings.
ii. Static Pressure Sand Molding Machine: Adopts static pressure molding technology, with high sand mold precision and good surface quality, meeting the production requirements of high-precision castings.
iii. Z14 Series Jolt-Squeeze Sand Molding Machine: Mature and reliable structure, easy operation and maintenance, low investment cost, suitable for the technological upgrading needs of small and medium-sized foundry enterprises.
3. Shell Core Molding Process Equipment
a. Z95 Series Hot Box Core Shooter: Hot box process equipment with uniform core box heating, stable core making efficiency and good sand core strength consistency. Suitable for conventional mass core making scenarios, with low operation threshold and convenient maintenance.
b. Z94 Series Double-Station Vertical Parting Hot Box Core Shooter: Adopts double-station design and vertical parting structure, enabling synchronous "core making - core extraction" operation, greatly reducing waiting time. Especially suitable for mass production of small and medium-sized complex sand cores.
c. Z6540C Dual-Purpose (Hot/Cold) Vertical Parting Core Shooter: Can flexibly switch between hot and cold box processes, with high equipment utilization rate, adapting to the needs of multi-variety and small-batch production.
d. ZH-L Series Horizontal Parting Cold Box Core Shooter: Special horizontal parting equipment for cold box process. After sand core molding, it can be opened and taken out horizontally. With sufficient operation space, it is convenient for manual auxiliary adjustment, suitable for mass production of medium-sized sand cores with relatively regular structures.
e. ZH9408L Vertical Parting Three-Opening Cold Box Core Shooter: Adopts vertical parting and three-opening mold structure, enabling precise molding and rapid demolding of complex sand cores. Particularly suitable for large-scale production of high-precision and complex-structured sand cores.
f. Cold Box Core Shooter Auxiliary Equipment: Including triethylamine generator, S206 spherical sand mixer, etc., forming a complete cold box core making system to ensure stable and controllable core making process.
g. Cold Box Sand Mixing & Core Making System & Used Sand Recycling System: Integrates core making and used sand recycling, with a used sand recovery rate of over 90%, reducing production costs and environmental pollution.
4. Steel Shot Shell Molding Line
a. Precoated Sand Shell Molding Steel Shot Filling Casting Production Line: Adopts precoated sand shell molding pouring technology combined with steel shot filling process, significantly improving casting density and mechanical properties, and reducing casting defects. With high automation, the production line is especially suitable for mass production of complex-structured castings.
