5. Self-Hardening Resin Sand Equipment

a. Resin Sand Production Line: Covers the entire process of resin sand mixing, molding and sand mold transportation after pouring. Uses automatic control system to realize precise regulation of material ratio, sand mixing time and molding rhythm. The production line layout can be flexibly adjusted according to casting size.

b. Resin Sand Recycling Line: Removes residual resin film and impurities on the surface of used sand through multiple processes such as crushing, screening, impurity removal and film removal, making the performance of recycled sand close to that of new sand. With high automation, the recycling line can continuously process used sand, greatly reducing new sand procurement volume and solid waste emissions.

c. S25 Series Dual-Arm Resin Sand Mixer: Double-station design, high sand mixing efficiency, resin addition control accuracy of ±0.1%, ensuring stable sand mold performance.

d. Resin Sand Vibrating Crushing Recycling Machine: Relies on vibrating motor to drive the screen surface to generate vibration. Under the action of vibration, the used resin sand entering the equipment completes crushing and screening processes, finally realizing the recycling of used sand, which can be reused in casting production.

e. S33 Series Vibrating Crusher: Adopts suspended vibration structure. The vibrating motor generates exciting torque to drive sand lumps to vibrate according to specific rules. During vibration, sand lumps collide and rub against each other and break into sand grains, realizing the dissociation and preliminary treatment of used sand lumps.

f. S52 Series Centrifugal Recycling Machine: Adopts eddy current recycling principle. Uses the friction between used sand grains to achieve film removal and sand grain rounding. At the same time, the used sand automatically forms a cushion layer for the machine basin in the recycling basin to protect it from wear. The externally installed solid sand flow impact plate completes the secondary recycling of sand.

g. S53 Series Rubbing Recycling Machine: Uses high-pressure blast to make sand materials fluidized in the machine. Cooperated with two groups of interleaved rotating friction discs, sand grains rub against each other to complete film removal and dust removal, suitable for used sand treatment of various self-hardening sand processes.

h. XGLS Series Vibrating Shakeout Machine: Adopts advanced and reliable double vibrating motors, uses inertial vibration to generate exciting force, separates castings from sand molds during vibration, realizes shakeout operation, and adapts to the shakeout needs of castings of different specifications.

i. Pneumatic Conveying Device: Realizes material transportation relying on air pressure power, with compact structure and easy operation. Suitable for long-distance and high-stability transportation of sand and other materials in casting production lines.

6. Shot Blasting Machines

a. Model QR3220 Crawler-Type Automatic Feeding Shot Blasting Machine: Automatic feeding, cleaning and unloading, high cleaning efficiency, suitable for mass cleaning of small and medium-sized castings.

b. QGT Series Inclined Drum Shot Blasting Machine: Inclined drum design ensures uniform tumbling of castings and no dead corners in cleaning, guaranteeing consistent casting surface treatment.

c. Q37 Series Hook-Type Shot Blasting Machine: Suitable for cleaning large and heavy castings, can be flexibly adjusted according to casting specifications to meet the processing needs of castings of different weights.

d. Q69 Series Roller Conveyor Pass-Through Shot Blasting Machine: Continuous pass-through cleaning, suitable for mass cleaning of long and flat castings. Cleaning speed is adjustable to adapt to different production rhythms.

e. Model QGW Steel Pipe Outer Wall Shot Blasting Machine: Uses shot blaster to project projectiles at high speed to impact the outer wall of steel pipes, making the surface of cast pipes show a delicate and bright original metal color, improving the tensile strength of the workpiece surface, forming uniform roughness, and thus achieving corrosion protection and extending the service life of steel pipes.

f. Model QGN Steel Pipe Inner Wall Shot Blasting Machine: Removes dirt, scale, welding slag and other impurities from the inner wall of steel pipes through shot blasting, reduces internal wall surface stress, effectively improves the service life of steel pipes and reduces internal corrosion.

g. Road Shot Blasting Machine: Used for surface treatment of concrete pavements and steel bridge decks. Shot blasting depth is controllable and surface roughness is uniform, providing a good foundation for subsequent coating.

h. Q35, Q36, Q76 Series Turntable Shot Blasting Machines: Turntable structure with accurate cleaning positioning, suitable for local and overall cleaning of complex-structured castings.
